3. Not Financial Advice

OptionsPractice does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

All content, practice problems, AI tutor responses, paper trading results, and educational materials are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and included features are listed on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Abuse the AI tutor by submitting harmful, offensive, or manipulative prompts.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OptionsPractice, including practice problems, educational materials, software, and design, is owned by OptionsPractice and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. AI Tutor

The AI tutor is powered by third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You should verify important information independently. AI tutor conversations may be reviewed to improve the Service.

9. Paper Trading

Paper trading on OptionsPractice uses simulated money and does not involve real financial transactions. Past performance in paper trading does not guarantee future results with real money. Market data used in paper trading may be delayed or simulated.

10. Limitation of Liability

OptionsPractice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred from trading decisions made after using this platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep OptionsPractice available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
